  We were taking my son to college and had a accident. We had 3 kids with us in the pouring rain over a hour away from our home. And Spitler's was amazing! Donnie was our tow driver. A++++ He was there quick, got the job done asap all with a kind voice and a smile on his face. He put us at ease. Donnie explained exactly what he was going to do and what we needed to do. He assured us he would take care of our car on his end and they did. We were able to get our son to college and home. Diane helped me over the phone to process everything with our insurance.   during a family crisis this place really stepped it up for us. they held my rental vehicle for as long as possible before releasing it to the owners so I could get my stuff. they even rescued my pets, as I was taken away by ambulance and the police thought one of my cats had run away. just an awesome family run place filled with nice people
